✓ Best for. Small manufacturers that want MRP, inventory and accounting connections in one cloud tool
✕ Not a fit if. You need automatic rescheduling on events, or want to keep your ERP and add a scheduling layer
→ Consider instead. SkyPlanner APS, an APS for manufacturers of any size (from 199 euros per month, 5 workstations included, 20 euros per month per extra workstation, 30-day trial without a card, Autopilot automatic rescheduling), if you need automatic rescheduling or API-based ERP integration

MRPeasy is MRP-ERP software with production scheduling best for small manufacturers that want MRP, inventory and accounting connections in one cloud tool, ranked #2 of 10 on our small manufacturers list as of October 2026. The Starter plan costs 49 US dollars per user per month. The trial is advertised as “15 + 15 days”, with no credit card and full features. Its defining capability is breadth: MRPeasy is the ERP itself, and its pricing page lists operations scheduling with finite capacity. It is not a fit if you need the schedule to rebuild automatically when conditions change, or if you want to keep your current ERP and add only a scheduling layer.

MRPeasy features: finite capacity scheduling and automatic rescheduling

MRPeasy’s pricing page lists “Operations scheduling (MRP II, finite capacity)”. The home page says the software can “Balance materials and capacity with actual demand”. According to MRPeasy’s user manual, worker capacity is not considered when operations are scheduled, so labor limits have to be handled outside the schedule.

On rescheduling, the user manual describes three behaviors. Changing the quantity of an order that has not started triggers a full replan. Dragging an order in the schedule moves only that order. Operations that have already started are rescheduled by hand.

Forward scheduling is the default. Backward scheduling is available from the Enterprise edition. MRPeasy does not name an optimization solver as of October 2026.

The home page headline calls MRPeasy “AI-powered MRP software for small manufacturers”. The site does not describe what the AI does as of October 2026. Event-triggered rescheduling beyond the quantity-change replan is not described on the production schedule manual or the pricing page.

MRPeasy ERP integration

MRPeasy is itself the ERP, so there is no ERP connector to buy. Named integrations are QuickBooks Online, Xero, Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, WooCommerce, Zapier and EDI. The API and webhooks are on paid plans only as of October 2026.

The integration work a buyer should expect: if you already run another ERP, adding MRPeasy means two systems that both hold orders and inventory, and you have to decide which one is the master.

To add finite capacity scheduling to MRPeasy, see production scheduling software for MRPeasy. Scheduling options for the other systems named here: QuickBooks.

MRPeasy implementation time

MRPeasy states a go-live time of “1-3 months” as of October 2026. Onboarding is self-service. MRPeasy says there are no mandatory implementation fees. The go-live figure comes from MRPeasy’s get-started page.
