Production Scheduling ReviewsEvery score sourced, every price dated

Contact the Editorial Team

Contact the Production Scheduling Reviews editorial team through the request form below or on the submit page. One form handles product submissions, corrections, vendor fact updates, data requests and privacy requests.

We use what you send only to handle this request, as described in the privacy policy. Scores change only on public evidence, so include a source URL where you can.

Corrections

If a page shows a wrong price, trial term, feature or score, send:

  • the URL of our page,
  • the fact that is wrong,
  • a link to a public source that states the correct fact, ideally the vendor’s own pricing, product or documentation page.

Confirmed corrections are fixed on the page, logged in that page’s change log and listed on the corrections log.

Vendor fact updates

Vendors can tell us about a new price, a changed trial, a new feature or a new integration. Include the public URL where the change is published. Scores change only on published evidence: a fact that appears only in an email, a slide deck or a sales call cannot be scored. When the fact is public, we verify it and re-score the affected lists. If the order of a list changes, it changes the same day.

Data requests for reports and articles

Journalists, analysts and researchers can ask for the data behind our pricing index, free trial index, statistics and ranked lists. Tell us which data you need and how you plan to use it. Published figures can be quoted with attribution and a link to the source page, as set out in the terms of use.

What to expect

Every message is read by the editorial team. Corrections that include a source URL are handled first, because they can be checked directly against the source. Requests without a public source may take longer, because we have to find and verify the fact ourselves before anything changes. We reply by email, and changes appear on the page with a dated change log entry.

What we do not handle

We do not sell software, take orders, provide product support or arrange demos for the products we cover. For those, contact the vendor directly through the website linked on each review page.

Frequently asked questions

How do I report an error?

Use the request form on this page with our page URL, the wrong fact and a link to a public source that states the correct fact.

Can a vendor update its listing?

Yes. Choose “Update my product’s listing” in the request form and include the public URL where the new price, trial or feature is published. We verify it on the vendor site and re-score.
