This policy explains what personal data productionschedulingreviews.com (“the site”) processes and why. The short version: we measure visits with Google Analytics 4, the site is delivered and protected by Cloudflare, the web server keeps access logs, and we keep emails you send us. The site has no user accounts, no comments, no newsletter and no advertising cookies.

Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to count visits and see which pages are read. The analytics tag is loaded only for visitors who are not logged in to the site. Google Analytics collects data such as pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, device and browser type, and sets first-party cookies (for example _ga) to distinguish visitors. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses; IP addresses are used to derive approximate location and then discarded. Google processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy. You can block analytics with your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Cloudflare CDN and security
The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which acts as a content delivery network and security service. To deliver pages and block attacks and abusive traffic, Cloudflare processes your IP address, request details and browser information, and may set strictly necessary security cookies (for example __cf_bm or cf_clearance). Server access logs
Our web server records standard access logs: IP address, date and time, requested URL, HTTP status, referrer and user agent. We use them to run the site, fix errors and detect abuse. Logs are kept only as long as needed for those purposes and are then deleted.

Request form and correspondence
If you send a request through the request form, we process your email address, name and message to answer you and, for corrections, to verify and record the change. We keep correspondence as long as needed to handle your message and keep a record of corrections. We do not add you to any mailing list.

What the site does not do
- No user accounts or registration for visitors.
- No comments.
- No newsletter or marketing email.
- No advertising cookies, ad networks or cross-site tracking for advertising.
- No sale of personal data.
International transfers
Google and Cloudflare may process data outside your country, including in the United States. These providers state that they rely on recognized transfer mechanisms, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the EU and UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you,
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- have data erased,
- restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- receive your data in a portable format where processing is based on consent or contract,
- withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, use the request form, choose “Privacy request about my personal data” and say which right you want to use. For data held by Google Analytics or Cloudflare, we will act on your request where we can and point you to the provider where they control the data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We update this policy when the site’s setup changes. The current version is always on this page.
