Unleashed Core costs $399 per month paid monthly as of October 2026, in USD and excluding taxes. Paid annually, Core is $4,389 per year. Unleashed Pro costs $729 per month paid monthly. Paid annually, Pro is $8,019 per year.

Core includes 3 user licenses, 3 basic integrations and 250,000 API calls per month as of October 2026. Pro includes 5 user licenses, 5 integrations and 500,000 API calls. Both plans include 100 sales orders per month, with paid upgrades. Extra users cost $69 per month on Core and $89 per month on Pro. On Core, the Production and Manufacturing module is an add-on at $69 per month and Advanced Inventory Manager (MRP forecasting) is an add-on at $149 per month; Pro includes both at no extra charge.

Unleashed features: finite capacity scheduling and automatic rescheduling

Unleashed describes its production side as “Master manufacturing with the kanban planner”, together with digital bills of materials that cost products automatically (home page, October 2026).

Finite capacity scheduling against machines, labor or shifts is not documented by Unleashed as of October 2026. Automatic rescheduling of a production plan is not documented either. Its AI layer, Access Evo, is a natural language interface for questions about the business, and its forecasting covers inventory demand. Both target stock and reporting, not the shop floor sequence.

Unleashed ERP integration

Unleashed integrates with more than 30 applications as of October 2026, including Xero and QuickBooks Online for accounting and Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon and Lightspeed for sales. It offers open API access, an API sandbox and public API documentation, and says the API can be used to build EDI connections. Each integration beyond the plan allowance costs $39 per month (pricing page, October 2026).

Unleashed holds inventory, purchasing, sales orders and production itself, so adding it next to a manufacturing ERP creates a second system of record for stock.
