Katana pricing 2026: what changed
As of 13 October 2026, the Katana pricing page shows two plans: a Free plan at 0 US dollars with no card, for up to 30 SKUs with unlimited users, all features and API access (unlimited SKUs for the first 15 days), and an Advantage plan with custom pricing on one annual contract. Katana no longer publishes a paid price, and this report counts it among the 28 vendors without one.
Methodology
We listed the 39 production scheduling, APS, MES and manufacturing ERP vendors that buyers and AI assistants name in production scheduling pricing queries, and opened each vendor’s own pricing page on 13 October 2026. Where a page returned an error, the vendor’s fact-sheet check of the same date is used. A vendor counts as publishing a price only when its own site shows a figure for a paid plan; free-only plans, service fees and placeholder prices do not count. Reseller, partner and review-site prices are excluded. The entry price is the smallest monthly bill a new customer can see at list price. US dollar prices are converted at the ECB euro reference rate of 12 October 2026 (1 EUR = 1.1181 USD). Medians are over the 11 vendors with a published monthly price. Sepasoft’s pricing page did not load on 13 October 2026, so Sepasoft is counted without a published price. Seat scenarios use the cheapest published plan that covers 5 or 20 seats, with no discounts beyond those shown by default. We recheck the data every quarter.
