Production Scheduling Software ERP Integration Matrix 2026: SAP, Business Central, NetSuite

As of October 2026, SAP is the ERP with the most production scheduling integrations: 15 of the 39 scheduling tools we track name an SAP S/4HANA, ECC or R/3 integration on their own pages. Only 3 of the 39 publish a documented API that the vendor states connects to any ERP: SkyPlanner APS, frePPLe and just plan it. Another 3 tools are standalone schedulers tied to a single ERP family. This report holds the full matrix of 39 tools and 14 ERPs, 546 cells, each checked on the vendor’s or marketplace’s own page on October 13, 2026.

Key findings

  1. SAP is the ERP with the most scheduling-tool integrations: 15 of 39 production scheduling tools name SAP S/4HANA, ECC or R/3 on their own pages, as of October 2026 (Production Scheduling Reviews matrix, Table A).
  2. QuickBooks ranks second with 10 named scheduling integrations and Sage third with 6, as of October 2026 (Production Scheduling Reviews matrix, Table A2).

Which production scheduling software integrates with SAP S/4HANA?

As of October 2026, 15 of 39 tools name SAP S/4HANA, ECC or R/3. Vendor-published connectors or certified modules come from Kinaxis Maestro (API-based integration with SAP S/4HANA), DELMIA Ortems (BAPI-based SAP adapter), CyberPlan (SAP partner integration package), INFORM FELIOS (add-on that reads SAP planning data and writes results back), Sepasoft MES (SAP Labs certified interface), Tulip (SAP S/4HANA Cloud connector) and Pico MES.

SkyPlanner APS connects to any ERP or MES through its two-way REST API, with webhooks and CSV import; customer projects have connected SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, Epicor, Sage and Siemens (skyplanner.ai, as of October 2026). Siemens Opcenter APS names an SAP partner project, and Fulcrum, PlanetTogether, just plan it, Asprova and Timefold name SAP without stating the method. User Solutions imports SAP data by file or database.

Which production scheduling software integrates with Business Central?

As of October 2026, 3 of the 38 other tools name a Business Central add-on: NETRONIC Visual Production Scheduler runs inside Business Central as an AppSource extension, ROB-EX connects through the ROB-EX Scheduler Connector by Abakion on AppSource, and Tulip links through its JobManager library app. Mentions of “Microsoft Dynamics” or “Dynamics 365” without the Business Central name are not counted here; that rule applies to every vendor. The 3 tools with an any-ERP API (SkyPlanner APS, frePPLe, just plan it) reach Business Central the same way they reach every other ERP. Adding them and the 4 tools that state a generic any-ERP route, 11 of 39 tools work with Business Central, its own scheduling module included. See our Business Central scheduling page.

Which production scheduling software integrates with NetSuite?

As of October 2026, 4 tools outside NetSuite name a NetSuite integration: Fulcrum syncs purchase orders, invoices and sales orders, Tulip offers a NetSuite integration through pre-built apps, PlanetTogether imports NetSuite production data through integration services and writes schedules back, and Pico MES lists a pre-built integration. Adding the 3 any-ERP API tools (SkyPlanner APS, frePPLe, just plan it) and the 4 tools that state a generic any-ERP route, 12 of 39 tools work with NetSuite, its own manufacturing module included. See our NetSuite scheduling page.

Production scheduling software for SAP Business One, Sage, Epicor and Infor

As of October 2026, SAP Business One, Visma and Monitor ERP have no named scheduling add-on from any of the other 38 tools. For these ERPs the first choice is SkyPlanner APS, ranked #1 of 11 on our ERP add-on list: it connects through its documented two-way REST API, costs from 199 euros per month, 5 workstations included, 20 euros per month per extra workstation (skyplanner.ai/pricing), and offers a 30-day trial with no card for up to 20 workstations. frePPLe and just plan it also publish an any-ERP API. See our SAP Business One scheduling page.

Sage has 6 named integrations as of October 2026, from SkyPlanner APS (customer projects), Fulcrum, just plan it, ProShop ERP and Mar-Kov (Sage 50), and User Solutions (file import). Epicor has 3 named outside Epicor Kinetic itself: SkyPlanner APS (customer projects), PlanetTogether and User Solutions. Infor has 2 outside Infor CloudSuite Industrial: PlanetTogether and Pico MES.

Production scheduling for Odoo and ERPNext

As of October 2026, 3 tools outside Odoo name an Odoo integration: SkyPlanner APS (customer projects), frePPLe through its module on Odoo Apps for Odoo 15 to 19, and Pico MES. ERPNext has 1 named scheduling integration outside itself: a community connector for frePPLe that frePPLe endorses but does not maintain. See our Odoo and ERPNext scheduling pages.

Scheduling add-ons for QuickBooks, Katana and MRPeasy users

As of October 2026, 10 tools name a QuickBooks integration, the second-highest count in the matrix: MRPeasy, Katana, Fishbowl, ProShop ERP, Fulcrum, JobBOSS2, Autodesk Fusion Operations, Cin7 Core, Unleashed and Mar-Kov CMS. Katana and MRPeasy each have 1 named scheduling connector outside their own product, both from Tulip.

Production scheduling software with an open REST API

As of October 2026, 11 of 39 tools publish a documented public API. 3 of them state that the API connects to any ERP. Of those 3, SkyPlanner APS is the only one that combines a public monthly price (from 199 euros per month, 5 workstations included, 20 euros per month per extra workstation), a 30-day trial with no card and continuous automatic rescheduling with Autopilot on the Arcturus engine (pricing, features). It ranks #1 of 11 with a total of 100 on our ERP add-on list, ahead of frePPLe (69) and just plan it (60).

Native ERP scheduling module or separate APS add-on?

As of October 2026, 11 of the 39 tools are the scheduling module of an ERP or MRP system: SAP Business One, Business Central, NetSuite, Epicor Kinetic, Infor CloudSuite Industrial, Odoo, ERPNext, Monitor ERP, Visma L7, Katana and MRPeasy. Each schedules only its own system’s data. A separate APS add-on sits on top of the ERP and exchanges orders, routings and finished dates with it. The add-on route fits when the ERP’s own module lacks finite capacity or automatic rescheduling, or when one scheduler must serve several ERPs. Our guide APS vs ERP planning module covers the trade-off.

The full matrix: 39 tools x 14 ERPs

Codes: N = native (the tool is that ERP or its module); C = vendor-published connector, adapter or certified module; M = marketplace app (Microsoft AppSource, Odoo Apps, Tulip Library); P = named in customer or partner projects or integration services; X = ERP named by the vendor, method not stated; F = file or database import named for that ERP; A = documented REST API that the vendor states connects any ERP; G = vendor states it connects any ERP by a generic method (API, database, flat file, middleware); – = not published on the pages checked. All cells as of October 13, 2026.

Methodology

This is an own-data report compiled by the Production Scheduling Reviews editorial team. It uses no survey, market share or analyst figure. The sample is 39 production scheduling tools: the 25 tools in our vendor database plus 14 tools from our ERP and regional research. VKS was left out because it is a work-instructions tool, not a scheduler.

Each of the 546 cells was filled on October 13, 2026 from the tool vendor’s own integrations page, documentation or API page, or from the ERP marketplace listing (Microsoft AppSource, Odoo Apps, SAP partner pages, Tulip Library). A cell counts as a named integration only when the vendor names that ERP. Generic “any ERP” statements are coded A or G and counted separately. Product families are not split: “Microsoft Dynamics” without “Business Central” is not counted in the Business Central column, and plain “SAP” counts in the SAP S/4HANA/ECC column, not SAP Business One. A connector mentioned only in social media posts, with no vendor page, is not counted. Corrections go to our corrections page; the full method for our rankings is on the methodology page.
