What we need to add a product
- A product that schedules or plans manufacturing work: finite capacity scheduling, APS, MES dispatching, or an MRP or ERP with a production planning module.
- A public website where a buyer can read what the product does.
- Public sources for the facts we score: pricing or the statement that prices are on request, trial terms, scheduling features and ERP integrations.
We score every product against the same published criteria on the methodology page. A product is added to every ranked list whose segment it fits, at the position its scores give it.
How updates work
Send the URL of our page and the URL of the public page that states the new fact. We check the fact on the vendor’s site, update the review, and re-score the lists the fact affects. Each change is dated in the page’s change log. A fact that exists only in an email, a slide deck or a sales call cannot be scored, because a reader cannot check it.
What the form is not for
Placement on a list cannot be bought, and there are no sponsored positions. We do not provide product support, demos or quotes for the products we cover; contact the vendor through the website linked on its review page.
